Details you send through our enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number, email, brand or website, budget range and message.
Basic technical data such as device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Information from advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) when you respond to our ads, as permitted by those platforms.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
To send updates you ask for, including on WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or telling us.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (hosting, CRM, email, analytics, advertising platforms) under confidentiality, or when the law requires it.

Retention and security

Client data

When we run campaigns, CRM or WhatsApp automation for clients, we process their customers’ data on the client’s instructions and under our agreement with them.
